Capture Santa is an AI-powered service that creates magical photos and videos by adding Santa Claus to your uploaded images. Our service uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to generate unique, personalized content.
2. User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Credits and Purchases
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through our platform and are used to generate photos and videos. Credit packages and pricing are displayed on our pricing page.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable once the generation process begins.
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
Each photo and video we create is a personalized custom product made specifically for you using your uploaded image. Due to the custom nature of the product and the immediate costs incurred for generating high-quality AI content, we cannot offer refunds once the rendering process has begun.

- Custom creations have no resale value and cannot be repurposed
For EU Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, personalized goods made to your specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Additionally, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right to withdrawal ends once the generation process begins, provided you have acknowledged this before purchase.
AI Generation Disclaimer
AI generation technology can produce varying results. Minor visual artifacts, variations in appearance, or slight discrepancies are a normal part of AI-generated content and are not grounds for a refund. We continuously improve our technology to deliver the best possible results.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical failure where your content fails to generate entirely (not due to AI variation, but a system error), please contact us. We will investigate and may provide generation credits at our discretion to resolve the issue.
5. Content Guidelines
You agree to only upload appropriate images suitable for family-friendly content. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the images you upload. The generated content (photos and videos with Santa) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share the generated content with family and friends.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Uploaded images are processed securely and are not shared with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
